Registration Dates Announced For 2013 School Year
Attention Parents!
The registration and Meet the Teacher dates for the 2013-2014 school year are set.
Meet the Teacher day and registration for all elementary schools will be Thursday, August 15 from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Registration times for middle and high schools vary by school and by grade. For a complete list of times and dates for middle and high schools, take a look at the Meet the Teacher Schedule.

Sneak Peek: New Pickens Middle School
Renovations are nearly complete to convert the former Pickens High School building into a new Pickens Middle School for the 2013-2014 school year.
This month, construction crews have put some of the finishing touches to make the building finally look like the school that students will step into in August. The entryways, cafeteria, hallways and practice rooms have started to take on the appearance that we hope students will remember fondly for years to come. Building Futures: Three Schools To Go!
With the students at Easley and Daniel High Schools settling into their new buildings this year, work on the new Pickens Middle School and the new Easley area middle school is in full swing.
The renovations are underway at the old Pickens High School and old Easley High School sites to convert them into new middle schools. Pickens Middle School is scheduled to relocate in June 2013, and the new Easley area middle school is scheduled to be complete in July 2013. The building program is scheduled to wind down with the renovation of Gettys Middle School by June 2014.

Status Update
